I got a set of these when I first bought my planner, and became addicted to them, so I had to buy more! The translucence means I can stick them over the date and still read the date. I mark all my deadlines. I do kind of wish I could order individual colors so I could better color-code my calendar reminders -- I would need more of one color than the others -- but the four colors provided are pretty and I can color-code to a limited extent with them. The are truly a great tool, and pretty.
