Shipping
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies some by item, but you can expect most orders to ship within 1-3 business days. Custom items may take up to 4 days.
Shipping times will vary depending on which shipping option you choose at checkout but general guidelines are as follows:
- First Class Mail: 3-5 business days
- Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
- Express Mail: 1-2 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Australia/New Zealand/Oceania: 10-14 business days.
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, potential delays in the postal system and the performance of the each shipping carrier.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately we cannot predict or control delays due to customs nor provide estimates for taxes/duties that may or may not be levied by the destination country.
In 2021 new VAT rules for EU imports went into effect and it has resulted in prolonged delays in customs and unexpected taxes and duties for customers. Because of this, we made the difficult decision to stop shipping to the UK and EU.
Order Issues
Once an order is placed, it is unable to be cancelled or modified.
We strive to ship orders quickly so please contact us immediately if you need to change a shipping address. If the order isn't already in process, we'll update the address for you.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. For dated items (planners, calendars) we ask you return the item within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in unused, new condition. Non-returnable items: customized items & items that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
To complete a return, please provide your order number or receipt from FavoriteStory.co and ship the item to Favorite Story, 166 E Prospect Ave, Danville California US 94526.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee delivery of your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Wholesale
Yes! We welcome brick and mortar retailers as well as online retailers with their own websites and dedicated shopping carts. Reselling on online marketplaces (i.e. Etsy, Ebay, Amazon) is not permitted. For ordering information, please visit us here.
