We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. For dated items (planners, calendars) we ask you return the item within 21 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in unused, new condition. Non-returnable items: Customized items & items that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
To complete a return, please provide your order number or receipt from FavoriteStory.co and mail the item to Favorite Story, P.O. Box 2341, Danville California US 94526. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee delivery of your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
