We welcome brick and mortar retailers as well as online retailers with their own websites and dedicated shopping carts. Reselling on online marketplaces (i.e. Etsy, Ebay, Amazon) is not permitted.

After a Wholesale Account is established, orders may be placed on your platform of choice:

Order payment is required prior to shipping. Payment can be made via check, PayPal or credit card. Net30 terms may be extended to accounts in good standing with an established relationship with Favorite Story.

Our typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days, but can be longer during the holiday season. If you need an order expedited, please reach out to us from our contact page prior to placing an order and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Paid orders are shipped promptly via USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground.  Express shipping is available upon request. Planners, Individual Cards and Gift Tags ship directly from our studio, while everything else will ship separately from our warehouse. 

All Favorite Story products are made in the USA, either in our studio or using domestic partners or local vendors. We strive to use papers with recycled content and FSC Certified Papers whenever possible. 

Please contact us if there is an issue with your order. Returns must be made within 5 days of receiving your order and will be accepted on damaged goods only.  Refunds will be issued via original payment method. Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
