Refund policy

Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. For dated items (planners, calendars) we ask you return the item within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in unused, new condition. To complete your return, we will need your receipt or order number from FavoriteStory.co.

Items that have been used or are not in their original packaging

Shipping
To return an item, please mail it in its original condition and packaging to: 166 E Prospect Ave, Danville California US 94526.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will issued to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you believe your refund is late or missing, please first contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Damaged items
In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can make things right.

Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
